Returns

Conditions (Please Read):

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
  • Cannot be worn and in the same condition as received.
  • Must be returned with the original, undamaged branded package.
  • Must be packaged inside of protective shipper box as received. 
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return.

The following items can NOT be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Footwear Care Items (Ex. Mink Oil, Leather Conditioner, etc.)
  • Items purchased ON SALE

Process:

  1. Before packaging, include the original Packing Slip provided with the shipment. If not available, log in to your Shopify account and print a Proof of Purchase. You can access your account here: https://shopify.com/2405924963/account
  2. Package items and Packing Slip in shipper box to ensure the item is well protected from damage. (See Conditions to ensure return will be accepted)

Upon receipt of the return, the product will be inspected. If the condition is acceptable, a refund will be issued to the original card/payment method used within 24 hours. (Depending on the payment method, there may be a delay in credit from the processor)


Not received your refund within 14 days of shipping?

  • Please check with your Credit Card provider or Bank (depending on the processor) to ensure the refund is not pending.
