Mason Brothers Inc. offers standard shipping only. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States*, including Alaska, and Hawaii.

Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-3 days confirming that your order has been received. If there is a delay or product availability issue, you will be notified within 1-2 business days. No backorders will be processed without customer approval. Order confirmations are sent via email only. Please make sure you provide a valid email address upon checkout.
Once your order is received, our customer service team will review your order and check product availability. Mason Brothers Inc. reserves the right to hold any orders suspected of fraud. We process orders Monday through Friday. 9 am to 12 pm EST. Orders received outside of that time frame may include an additional 1-2 days of processing time.
Shipment Notification
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This happens after the first UPS scan. The email will include your UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account or by calling (859)-792-6311.
Canceling Orders
Our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or changed online. Please contact our store at (859)-792-6311
